Grandpa Eldon

Grandpa is 88 years old and still mowing his lawn and doing plenty of yardwork.  You can tell he has had a few children because he knows exactly how to entertain Jaxon.  He found a plastic lid that also worked as a frisbee and was throwing that around with Jaxon.  He found the blower, which is one of Jaxon's favorite "toys," and started it up for him.

Grandpa Eldon is a good grandpa; so kind, always wanting to be helpful and productive, and generous.    He is very self-reliant, always making himself good meals (and we're not talking mac and cheese), creates an amazing garden and shares the produce.  He will even make jellos and rhubarb cake like Grandma Elna used to do for family parties.

We're lucky to have him and looking forward to him and my parents joining us on our cruise in February!
